What it costs

Two ways to hire the venue.

Exclusive hire closes the centre for the day and hands you the whole site. Non-exclusive court hire gives you the courts you need while coaching, social play and the bar carry on around you. What separates them is public access, not the size of the job.

The extras

The bar and the studio come with full venue hire. These rates are for a court hire booking. Banner removal costs the same on both.

How we price it

Closing the centre costs us a day's trading.

Exclusive hire is priced to cover what the venue stops earning while it's shut. Coaching, court hire, social sessions and the bar all stop for the day. Court hire works the same way at a smaller scale: you pay for the courts by the hour, plus the earnings lost on any coaching, classes or other bookings we have to cancel to fit you in. We'll price that up with you before anything is locked in.

Tell us the date and we'll check it.

Notice we need

Bookings run any day of the week, subject to availability. Exclusive hire needs the most notice, because it means clearing everything else booked in that day, so ask as early as you can.

What to tell us

Your dates and call times, how many courts you need, and roughly how many people will be on site.

If there's anything unusual in the plan, say so on the enquiry. It's easier to work out up front than on the day.

Before you ask

Things people ask about.

What's included with exclusive hire?

Every tennis and pickleball court, the licensed bar and café, our 52sqm studio with its screen and projector, and the indoor and shaded areas. The centre is closed to the public for the day, so the only people on site are yours.

Can we shoot while the centre is open?

Yes. Court hire is $100 per court, per hour, and the centre carries on around you. Coaching, social play and the bar all keep running, so it suits a smaller activation rather than anything that needs a controlled background.

Let us know beforehand if anyone at the centre could end up in the background of your footage or photos.

What's the loss of earnings charge?

It covers the coaching sessions, classes and court hire we have to cancel, or can't take, to free up the courts you've booked. Speak to us for more detail.

Can you take your branding down?

EPTC branding and a small number of sponsor banners are displayed around the venue. We can take them down if you'd prefer a cleaner, brand-neutral look.

Large banners are $300 each and small ones $150 each, with an extra $100 per banner if the removal has to happen on a Sunday. If you take them down and put them back yourself, there's no charge.

Is the studio available on its own?

Our 52sqm multi-purpose studio has a large screen and projector, a full-length wall mirror and doors opening straight onto two of our pickleball courts. It's included with full venue hire, or $100 per hour non-exclusive alongside court hire.

Is there parking, and can a truck get on site?

There's a public car park next to the club. Parking depends on the activation or event, so talk to us about yours.

We also have large gates in two parts of the club, so equipment can go straight from a truck onto the courts.

Is there power we can use?

There's easy power access from the clubhouse, the pickleball courts and the coaches' shed next to one of our tennis courts. With extension cables, most courts can get power.

Are the courts lit at night?

Looking to shoot at night? No problem. All of our tennis and pickleball courts are floodlit.

What insurance do you need from us?

Tell us who's coming on site and what they're doing, and we'll let you know what we need from you before the day.

Do we need a council permit?

Ask us early if your shoot needs one. It's easier to sort out before a date is locked in than after.

What happens if the weather turns?

There are undercover and shaded areas either way. If you'd like a second day on standby in case heat or heavy rain makes the courts unplayable, talk to us when you book.
