How it works

Three flexible packages, one fantastic event.

Some groups want the courts and nothing else. Some want a coach running the drills and a bit of friendly competition. Some want the whole centre to themselves. Choose where you'd like to start, then fill out the form or give us a call and we'll take care of the details.

DIY Pickleball Courts

You run the show. We hand over the courts, the paddles and the balls.

$60per hour, per court

Paddles and balls included. Maximum of 6 players per court.

Coach and Court

A coach walks everyone through the rules, then runs the drills. Perfect for a group trying pickleball for the first time.

$160per hour, per court

Small and medium parties

Any day or evening, subject to availability. Got a date in mind? Ask early and we will hold it while you round up your numbers.

Full facility hire

Friday from 6:30pm. Saturday and Sunday from 1:30pm. Other days can often be arranged, so ask us and we will see what we can do.

The service from your team was so friendly and professional. It was the most seamless Xmas Event I have arranged in the past 10 years of organising them.

Before you ask

Things people ask about.

Can we bring our own food, or a caterer?

Outside catering is welcome. We can suggest local suppliers if that's helpful, just let us know your date and numbers.

Can we bring our own drinks?

The centre is fully licensed, so every drink comes from our bar and we keep it flowing for the whole event. No BYO.

Can we bring in our own entertainment?

Yes, we can accommodate almost any entertainer you'd like to bring in. DJs and live bands are common, but we're open to whatever you have in mind.

Is there somewhere to do speeches or a presentation?

Yes. Our 52sqm multi-purpose studio has a large screen and projector, a full-length wall mirror and doors opening straight onto the courts. Groups use it for speeches, awards, slideshows and a bit of quiet away from the courts.

The studio is included with full facility hire, and can also be hired on top of the DIY Pickleball Courts or Coach and Court packages. Just let us know when you book.

Does everyone have to know how to play pickleball?

Absolutely not, and that is the fun of it. It takes a few minutes to learn the basics, and roughly the same again before someone starts taking it far too seriously. Book the Coach and Court package and we will run the whole thing.

What if it turns into a scorcher, or buckets down?

Melbourne in December has been known to do both before lunch. We've got plenty of shaded and undercover areas to duck into, plus an air-conditioned indoor space. If the temperature climbs too high or the rain gets heavy enough to make the courts unplayable, we'll reschedule your booking at no charge. See our weather policy for the details.
