I have been participating in a mid-week ladies doubles competition and doing cardio at least once a week since I have attended the club. I have always enjoyed both classes immensely. The lady’s competition is very competitive, which has improved everyone tennis skills. The cardio tennis has made me a fitter and a stronger tennis player. The variety of drills and the intensity has improved my tennis game. |
I have been a regular tennis player and member at Elsternwick Park Tennis Club (EPTC) since 2012. Over the last 14 months, I believe the club has evolved into one of the premier tennis facilities in Australia with exceptional all-round coaching, active social competitions for adults, a vibrant junior program (for children of all ages), and a competitive junior squad program. |
