Cardio Tennis at EPTC

Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts and a range of fun tennis drills, Cardio Tennis is all about tennis, social and great tunes and have fun whilst staying fit. Cardio Tennis really is a workout that doesn’t feel like work and still gets a result!

At EPTC we run over 70 classes a week with over 400 participants making us the biggest provider of Cardio Tennis in the country!

Adding our own little twist on cardio tennis makes us different to everyone else. Heavily rally based we have designed particular drills to make sure players are always moving, hitting lots of balls whilst making sure we keep that blend of social and competitive edge.

- $35 pay as you go,  $30 termly price or
- Buy a block of 10 at our termly hourly rate of $300 and use when you wish ​
