Tots Tennis
Tots Tennis is for players aged between 2-3 years. These classes introduce children to tennis through games and fun activities. Children develop their fundamental motor skills; throw, run, catch, jump and most importantly, tracking using lots of adapted equipment such as balloons, big balls and beanbags. Often, Tots sessions are held indoors in spaces more suited to small people.
MINI Stage
The Blue Stage is for players aged 3-5 years and introduces children to tennis through games and fun activities. Children start to learn the basics of tennis and general understanding of what shots there are in tennis along with learning the court to help know where in and out are to prepare them to compete in tennis.
Hot Shots Red Stage
Red Ball stage is for players aged 5-8 years. The red ball is larger than a yellow ball and doesn’t bounce as high (just 25% compression), making it a breeze for even the youngest players to hit comfortably. The courts and nets used in the Red stage are much smaller making it easier for kids to move around and enjoy success. Red level players may be beginners, improvers or even advanced players.
