THANK-YOU
We have received your Term 4 enrolment

Programme Information

Why are you asked to pay your fees before the term starts?

Elsternwick Park Tennis Centre is a public centre and runs differently to a typical tennis club as we do not offer an annual membership. Therefore it is important to secure termly payments in advance for insurance purposes. If you or a family member were to be unfortunate and hurt yourself whilst playing at our centre you will be asked by Tennis Australia for proof of being a paid member of a class. If you cannot provide this then you may not be covered. Unfortunately injuries do happen occasionally so we want to make sure that everyone is looked after!

Group Classes - Adults & Juniors

How many make-up classes do I get?

You are eligible for two make-up classes per term so if there is a week in which you or your child cannot make the class then please give us 24 hours notice (or just the day before) and we will be able to notify your absence.
- If you or your child is unwell then please notify us as soon as you can so that we can offer you a make-up.
- All make-up classes must be booked in with our reception team & no specific day or time is guaranteed.
- Make-up classes must be done within the same term as they do not roll over into future terms.
*please note; if we are able to offer you multiple classes for a make-up and you cannot make those times then you may not be eligible.

How do I know if the lesson is cancelled due to poor weather?

We will always notify you if we are cancelling a class via SMS at least 30 minutes prior to the class commencing. If this is the case then we will offer you a make-up class for another day in the term.
- All make-up classes must be booked in with our reception team & no specific day or time is guaranteed.
- Make-up classes must be done within the same term as they do not roll over into future terms.
*please note; if we are able to offer you multiple classes for a make-up and you cannot make those times then you may not be eligible.

What happens if I get injured?

If you or your child is unfortunate to get injured during the term and can no longer attend classes then please notify us as soon as you can.
We will be able to credit your account for the missed classes but will require a doctors certificate to be able to process this.
In more extreme circumstances we can look into processing a refund.
